The HIIT STRENGTH & CONDITIONING class is targeted to improve strength, power, and endurance by utilizing bodyweight exercises and resistance training equipment. Class is structured by timed rounds or rounds by reps.

BEAST MODE BOOT CAMP meets weekly and the focus is circuit training with over 20 stations followed by a run or row continuously with an option to train for 60 or 90 minutes.


It's functional strength training with movement to maximize your potential.

KiCKBOX @ INTOXX meets weekly and it's an intense Muay Thai Kickboxing class geared to fire up your metabolism and improve stamina & endurance.  Utilizing proper intensity, you can burn up to 1,000 calories in the session!
